Payment terms, commission structures, and revenue sharing will be agreed upon in writing prior to service initiation. MunchOFM typically earns a percentage of the profits generated from your OnlyFans account. All financial transactions will be clearly documented.

We respect your privacy and all client-related information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your identity, earnings, or content without your explicit consent unless required by law.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account access credentials
- Create and supply content on a regular basis
- Maintain communication with our team
- Not violate the OnlyFans Terms of Service or any applicable laws
- Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, MunchOFM will cease access to your account and any unpaid fees or balances will be due immediately.

MunchOFM is not liable for any damages, loss of income, or account issues resulting from platform decisions, technical failures, or content-related violations. You use our services at your own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll revise the 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
